Pros

I have been working in Chetu for quite long time. If someone believe in himself then this is the place to learn and grow their career. This is what I experienced here from the beginning of my career here in Chetu. Every company want work with quality and if you do so, definitely you will get applause from senior management what I feel here. The company getting young day by day with significant growth rate and with talented people around.

Cons

No cons, I know organization is doing their best to improve in every aspect where it is lacking and I am experiencing this from last 2-3 years.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
