Pros

I have joined Chetu as TM and then promoted in different roles. This organization is the right place for adopting the latest technology. Chetu is a growing organization and growth rate is very high. Within 5 year it has reached now less than 100 to 1000+. They have explored our operation in other than US only and now targeting to global market. It tells everything about the company success rate. 1- Chetu adopts the new technology every quickly and as per my observation Chetu is on top of organization those using the latest tools and technology very first. 2- Teams are leading the client calls and interacting with client on business requirement and providing the technical solution of their business problems. It is 1 of the best part of the company and added advantage of employee. 3- Open environment, everyone in the org in you range. 4- Visibility level is very high and if you are doing good you will get recognize. 5- It is the growing company so you have lot of things to do and learn other than following already defined rule set.

Cons

1-I don’t see find any cons, as a suggestion company should work on branding in India. It is required to have more professional training for new joiners at each level.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
