Pros

The bad reviews make me angry. I have been with this company about 4 years and have been given the opprotunty to grow! I have clients that have been with us since the first few months I started with the company. We are their development partners. Chetu's team are extremely talented, we are unique- our teams have industry experience. There is no hand-holding, we know what to do and get it done. The CEO is a very hard working, driven man and he pushes us all to be the very best for our clients. Software development is ever changing. We have over 500 projects at any given time and less than .05% of those are unhappy. If I owned my own company I would use Chetu. I take pride in my postion with this company and I can see how we have helped so many organizations grow! I have grown myself.

Cons

I dont really have any. The postion isnt easy and if you dont want to work hard its not the company for you.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
