Pros

The fake reviews they post here and everywhere else?

Cons

*You are constantly micro-managed and spoken very condescendingly by your manager and the CEO *You can't take breaks unless you're a smoker *It's a very toxic environment, not just in my department, company wide. *There are cameras with audio everywhere to listen in on personal conversations *You get paid with a paper check on the last day of the month, that is if the office "manager" is in the mood to hand it over. *Crazy policies based on isolated incidents *The worst benefits, high co-pays *I've never seen so many people come and go so often in a single office *They won't even bother to fire you in person, so keep your personal belongings to a minimum. *HR is in India and they are clueless * You can't take sick leave without a doctor's note *You earn less than a day off per month *Non-compliances are handed out for pointless reasons, for the only reason to ultimately sabotage any raise you could get... if you put up with the BS and actually make it to your 1st appraisal. *The base salary is extremely low and commissions don't materialize because the CEO is constantly burning bridges, most projects roll off after the 1st month or 2. You get the idea....It's like a sweat shop in India.

We are very sorry to hear of your frustration, but we do appreciate the feedback as fostering a positive work experience and productive employee-manager relationship is incredibly important to us. We understand that it is our employees that make our company successful and are always investing heavily in our management team to ensure that they have the tools and training needed to ensure team member success. As you are aware, we host monthly reviews of all employees, including managers, to commend them on progress and offer guidance on things that can be worked on. All reviews, and any concerns, regarding management are taken very seriously and addressed diligently to bolster both productivity and the employee experience. Regarding company culture and benefits, we strive to provide a competitive benefit and compensation package to attract and retain talented employees. However, “good is never enough” when it comes to our company, and we are constantly exploring and evaluating new, viable benefits to offer our team members. Our continued growth has allowed us to expand our HR team to the US, and offer additional benefits to current members with more on the way in the future. While we regret that we are no longer able to share our team member experience with you, we want to assure you that we have heard your concerns, and have taken your comments to heart as we continue to explore new benefits options for our employees and continue to build and improve our company.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
