      Pros

      Kids are amazing! They are such a joy to work with Facilities are great. You will be outside pretty much all of the time but it is such a lovely site. Opportunity to make great friends

      Cons

      Management team are unorganised and overworked (which causes their care of staff to be incredibly lacking)
