Overall workload might still be ok, just that company mindset is often set to old fashioned, especially for fully face-to-face working environment and also worktime for office hours is not a normal 9-5.
Cons
-In term of learning or guidance, manager only guide when needed, there's not really a proper documentation or even standard rules of programming especially when you need to cover from a to z in term of software aspect.
