      Pros

      We have an atmosphere of collaboration between the physicians and the rest of the teams. All are chosen to fit in a cooperative mind of help. The hours are great and the days. You can see the patients as many times as you want and will not cost them a cent. We provide transportation to the patients so they will not miss an appointment because of that. And the leaders of the company, other physicians, are in communication with us constantly. And I personally think we are well paid and I have been in all the different situations you can work,private solo , in group and public.

      Need more bilingual personal, but is improving

      Pros

      The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

      Cons

      Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
