Avoid this place at all costs. I wasted 3 years of my life here. Don't expect anything good from this place. The people in charge of Creative are imbeciles, they think they're so great when in reality they're the worst part of Cheil hands down. If you don't "vibe" with their regime you are treated terribly, they even call you names behind your back. Working 70hr weeks is expected. I can't tell you how many times I've been lectured on my salary by someone who makes 3x more than me. Don't expect facts and logic to work with these people. Behind on the latest technology. Our clueless GCD gives tours to potential clients and acts like what we do is bleeding edge. No wonder we haven't won new clients. Overconfidence will only get you so far. HR is a solid 1 out of 10. Bossy, and completely devoid of human emotion. Neo is a Narcissistic man child. He brags about almost being a kpop star. And also has "the one" taped on his office door. Embarrassing. Maybe you should focus on running your company instead, from the looks of it bud you are doing a god awful job! The world does not revolve around you.
