Pros
The company is family owned and cares for you and your family. Policies are good, pay is one of highest in the industry. Insurance is great, and so is 401k. Although not a monday-friday job, you can still make good time and get off at decent hours on weekends. Promote within, holiday parties and christmas bonus.
Cons
Lack of training and passion. starting with management. You have District managers, that sit at home and do not leave the house during hours"only to put mileage on car to show, they worked" . So, getting paid to do nothing. You have pre-salesman that have multiple merchandisers, so they dont have to touch product, only walk in and make orders.
