      Competitive pay, the scheduling is flexible and its not that stressful of a job

      Cons

      It's hard to get hours, if its slow they will instantly send you home. Have came in just to get sent home 10 minutes later, which I see as a waste of time and gas.

      Understanding and flexible managers who are always willing to help a team member. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      To go specialists are on a tipped wage but the tips are terrible. Food often is not ready on time due to staffing issues behind the line. The kitchen is not clean.
