Poor management, Worker cliques, no work/life balance and can't afford my bills - Line Cook Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen Employee Review

Overworked, underpaid, male coworkers with less experience make more, managers pick favorites and overlook claims of drug use on the property by workers, cliques forming like it's high school, servers don't communicate with the kitchen properly and treat cooks terribly, management doesn't do anything to improve the things workers complain about, can't even listen to music in the kitchen at all unless you're a chosen few cooks that don't get talked at for having headphones or a speaker, management picks and chooses who they enforce their constantly changing rules on
