Pros

Local colleague is friendly and helpful

Cons

Management in APAC is really sucks. Keep promoting those who are violating company value, spreading bad works and rumours in the office. While those who perform well was fired. Some management member can be promoted without any reason from local level to global lead role while playing politics and lying to the upper management to get the position.

We really appreciate and value your feedback and it's good to see you enjoy working with lots of your local colleagues. However, we are sorry to see your feedback around some managers in your region. We want all of our colleagues across our global network to feel our values are being upheld and having a positive impact on the working culture. And we don’t want to promote or reward behaviour that is at odds with what we stand for as a company. We hear you and we take your comments seriously. We’ll be circulating your feedback with the right people internally to look into this further. So thank you for being so open here, and if you feel like there is anything else you want to share, please don’t hesitate to reach out to people.acquisition@checkout.com. Thanks again.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
