Dear colleague,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on your experience with us over the past few years.
It's so good to see you've enjoyed opportunities for career development and experienced a good work life balance during your time with us. And, we want to acknowledge the frustrations you’ve shared.
At Checkout.com we will soon be moving to a hybrid way of working, where most of our teams split their time working between the office and home. And you’re right, we’ve allocated days for departments to promote collaboration across our teams and help us capacity plan. We also have people who are in fully remote roles, and there will be exceptions for fully remote working options.
While we’ve tried to keep communication on this topic as open and transparent as possible, it’s clear we need to improve here. We, too, are navigating uncharted waters, trying new things and are learning as we go, so thank you for your feedback. Mostly though, we can’t wait to get our colleagues back together and are looking forward to welcoming our people back to our offices over the coming months.
