Thank you for your comments. We take every review seriously and try to use these opportunities to improve how we do things.
We’ve launched a development programme to assist our managers in continuously improving their leadership skills. On top of that, we’ve introduced upward-manager reviews in our annual review process, creating a reliable 2-way feedback system.
We work hard to implement programmes which showcase and reward everyday examples of work aligned to our core values that come from every area of the business - as seen in our Hero Awards. We also always strive to reward dedicated and effective work, with over 90 team members promoted in our last review cycle.
We strive to make our workplace a meritocratic environment for all team members, and reward people based on their achievements. That is why we have senior individual contributors as well as managers at Checkout.com.
