      Pros

      easy job for the most part... sit down security

      Cons

      pay structure or lack of----no set scale to pay you from..many people with less exper make more than others benefits-- insurance high.....only have PTO of 1 week..... hours---open 19 hours a day or 24/7 now talking of working holidays!!!! in finance???? WOW

      Pros

      There is nothing positive to say about this company. They lie to and cheat the employees and customers. Do not go to work for them.

      Cons

      The corp. management will lie to you in a heartbeat. They do not care about the employees and care even less about their customers. Told to increase number of customers even if you know they can't pay. That's what the collections dept. is for. Then they chastise you for making loans to customers who can't pay.
