      Pros

      Great office, nice colleagues, great aspiration to change the B2B chemicals industry to adopt digital

      Cons

      After the CEO-change a year ago, CheMondis has developed from a great place to work into total mayhem. The new CEO has basically thrown everything over board that made CheMondis successful and an awesome place to work. Today we live in an environment of people randomly getting fired. Our company culture is not respected, the team is scared to speak openly and leadership is making irrational decisions. Transparency is lacking from leadership. We had an awesome CEO and company until one year ago, now this is not the case anymore.

      Pros

      -Everyone that joins the team is highly specialized, this by far is the greatest pros as we have many minds with a range of talents that propels the company forward. -Flexible hours promotes both the work performance as well as creates a great balance between work/life. -You are offered the chance to do home office. -The teams are made of friendly multicultural individuals. -

      Cons

      -More of a warning than a con- As the company is a start up, there are many lessons each team learns along the way. Improvements are made daily. If you are able to embrace the chaos, then you will be at home.
