As further opportunities to improve, you've mentioned a feeling of pressure in the Business Development team, which may be influenced by working with company KPIs, that are on an organizational level needed to evaluate our overall performance and help us on our way to grow our business.
We are continually striving to optimize our processes and options to enable, develop and support our employees on their path. We have implemented a competency model linked to a systematic appraisal interview process to ensure continuous feedback and to derive development activities for employees from this. Recently, we have additionally introduced peer feedback as part of the appraisal interview and are currently exploring different options for career lattices.
Both professional and personal development of our employees is extremely important to us and is reflected in one of our core values.
