Thanks so much for taking the time to feedback. It's always great to hear the positive stuff about our people and the work we get involved in. Agency life as we all know is 'full on' and we all know the challenges that comes with working in the service sector sometimes, coupled with a particularly challenging market right now, so it's all hands to the pump. We do try to mitigate this with more flex and other benefits, whilst trying to balance it commercially.
