      Pros

      Manager and overall team has good synergy. The employee retention in my store is good. It's almost been 2 years and only 1 person and left and 1 new person has joined (in a team of 18)

      Cons

      Shifts are 11:30-5 or 5-11pm which could be downside for morning folks.
