Cons
Management is very difficult to work with if you need a work place accommodation. Favoritism is rampant. The favorites will take credit for your work product in front of you, and management will do nothing about it, even if they know for sure it was your work product. Management will also tell you that you are the problem when co-workers blatantly refuse to give you the information that management told them to give you. Also, be prepared to be socially ostracized if someone takes a dislike to you, even if you've never done anything to that person.
