      Big company, good 401k profit sharing etc...

      Cons

      Top management not on the same page. You are only a number. In 7 years I only received one, .50 cent raise! Even though I was a top performer every single year.

      Your are sometimes required to complete the very same task as other co-workers, but do not receive any commission pay that the other person in another role does receive.
