Pros
-Looks good on a resume -Hard to get fired -Only 40 hour work weeks -Great Benefits -Very Friendly work atmosphere
Cons
-Micro managed -Too many bosses -Crazy sales techniques (work the lobby) -Basically all the management does is try to push production, which is fine. The branches' location is what actually drives production. It becomes tiresome when different managers all say the same thing and cannot see reality.
