Charter has allowed me to grow and develop in the research field. I have been able to utilize my clinical skills as well as continue to strengthen my leadership skills. The leadership team is extremely supportive and proactive in decision making. Physicians are very much teaching physicians that help guide staff members in advancing medicine. Company genuinely cares about their patients and families. Charter recognizes the importance of diversity in its staff and puts learning from different perspectives and experiences at its forefront. Very generous benefits especially 401k match and PTO.
Cons
Communication is challenging at times amongst the two sites as the company has grown tremendously in size. Leadership is working to bridge that barrier and streamline the two sites.
