Office staff was great to work with, but they were all overworked and under paid.

Everything else. Owner was volatile and impulsive. Quick to blame others. Big disconnect between work assigned and time needed to finish.

Small workplace. Pay was above minimum wage. Accommodating of schedule.

Hardly any training. Too many responsibilities put on a completely new hire (interviewing other candidates, for instance, on the second day on the job). Expected to communicate with customers without any guidelines on what information to give them. When asked about what made them different from other home healthcare companies, could not answer directly.
