      Pros

      Working at Charloma was rewarding in that working hours were convenient and for the location pay is decent.

      Cons

      Hard work with little to no incentives to keep up morale, no room for growth, and vacation time was miniscule with even less time for sick leave

      Pros

      Small company, can meet everyone pretty easily. Get to know management pretty well and over all it is easy to get in touch with them.

      Cons

      Honestly The place isnt over all bad they just need to get some better management/engineering teams to go in there and get the place optimized. Their injection molding plant was horrible when I was there.
