Pros
The only positive I can think of is that the clients are patient enough to deal with the firm even when it isn't fixing any actual problems and is simply wasting their time. The business has been deceiving the client by providing only identical solutions which they call "quick-wins"
Cons
1. Poor leadership: only people who get promoted or are considered as employees are the French.
2. Appraisals that are biased
3. The company does not really care for your well-being, they just want to get their work done
4. People are employed only on the basis of their former employers, not on their ability to deliver to the organization or the client.
5. HR is biased in hiring candidates, my overall experience has been super bad. They run campaigns internally to write good comments on glassdoor and other websites.
Finally, I would caution you to be careful who you pick to work for; the compensation may appear good at first, but joining this firm will only harm your career. Best wishes
