No cons, some evening work involved

Good culture, can be yourself, didn’t notice many terrible personalities, mostly good people

Pay isn’t as good as some boutique or smaller firms. Compensation system is lucky dip and your performance rating is based on your partner’s ability to argue for a higher pay - the majority see your first 4-5 years as of low value and most don’t get anything higher than the standard increase or a bonus.
