There is way too much work and no help from other departments. Ive seen other colleagues being incredible undervalued and treated unfairly. They rather focus on new people than retaining current personel. You cant really speak up unless you want to hear about it in your 1 to 1. All suggestions for changing processes or improving things are denied, Management is atrociously incompetent. CEO talks promises then cuts jobs. Says it DEI company, it is really not, Casual homophobia in small meetings, and alot of gossip. Performance reviews do not look at the work or productivity at all Management has no clue what they are doing. I left on my own behalf after a few years of this struggle. Underpaid! Friend politics, when you live in Leiden and you become besties with the managers and join them in Karaoke. You will have a good time! So unfair treatment overall. I was happy to start here, quickly found out its terrible. Even more happy to leave still here for few years.
