If you are looking for a place to work where you feel empowered, heard, valuable that isn't a large corporation, look no further. With a lower number of employees, you can look forward to things such as, but not limited to: office happy hours, coffee with the CEO to discuss where the company is and where we're headed, and a leadership team that genuinely cares (yes, your personal life matters to them!). With the growth opportunities, you can really take your job and run with it. If advancing within leadership is a goal of yours - your direct supervisor(s) will work with you to make sure you are ready when the opportunity comes your way. While working from home for almost the last two years, I have never once felt like I was "alone". We have smaller sized teams so we truly bond and chat with each other throughout the day.
