ChangeGPS is not a boring stagnant company things are always changing, but not in a way overly stressful way, but more in like clever ways that make your job more interesting. Work Flexibliity is really good, they have so much in place to allow us to work from home, and it doesnt feel like you are sacrificing work quality. the people are great, you can tell they really do make it a goal to have everyone happily work as a team. I have worked for a lot of companies that are "team focused" but very rarely do they actually live up to it

i honestly havent found any yet. this truly is the best company i have worked for.

Innovative, challenging, enthusiastic and fun. One of the best places I have worked. You are always involved in the decision making. Your opinion is valued. I am never bored. We have such a great team where everyone gets along, which in my experience is a rare thing. I've learnt so much since I started and I know I will be here a long time. Not something I can say about other jobs I've had.

If you don't like change, probably not the place for you.
