      A good launch pad to find a job with a better company.

      Cons

      Beginning in 2019, Change Healthcare is reducing the benefits for those earning over $100K. They have cut the HSA contribution by 66% for those earning over $100K.

      Great culture, but Optum is going to change all of this.

      Optum took it over so the culture will become toxic
