      Bragging rights for working in one of the biggest names in fashion. Generous discount on fragrance and beauty.

      Cons

      No progression, bullying is rife, low pay and commission rate. Management don't deal with issues. Bad attitude of if you don't like it here there are plenty of people willing to take your place.
