Staff discount, entitled to medical benefit on your first day. Much slower work pace than your usual fortune 500. Package relatively generous.
Cons
Opaque structure, getting things done is an assiduous process of meetings after meetings & painfully slow. ditto with previous poster, it is about licking the right ass. Unfriendly and highly political. Survival in the company highly depends on luck.
