      Pros

      Remuneration and incentives are very motivating. Thorough, regular and effective training provided. Senior management are knowledgeable. Chanel takes care of their staff like no one else.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity to progress within the company, but this is because no one wants to leave (ie. very loyal staff).
