      Pros

      Co-workers are great! They really seem to care about building more than just a working relationship.

      Cons

      There are definite "Favorites" of the company that get better opportunities, better account assignments, and special considerations. Since Rocky Gray left the company, the values and vision have been on a steady decline.

      I kept a job during Covid.

      Cons

      This employer started going downhill as soon as they brought on a venture capitalist partner. Their support for remote staff was virtually non-existent. Not surprised that they were forced to sell to a competitor.
