Pros
The people that work in the NY Showroom are generally very helpful and have an energy that is fun to be around. The office staff respects their Brand Ambassadors. The employee discount is amazing! The product is fairly easy to sell, and the brand has a cult-like following. They are very considerate with scheduling for the Brand Ambassadors. If you need time off, it is usually not an issue as long as there's advance notice. Lunch breaks are an hour, and paid. Not many companies offer that.
Cons
On the flip side, the NY office is so small and only a handful of people work there, sometimes their personalities collide and you do not want to be nearby when they do. The company does not pay their Brand Ambassadors well. Since company is small, the only way to advance is if the person above you leaves. This seems to happen few and far between as the office jobs are pretty cushy.
