How fast you advance is up to you. Zero seniority. I also really like that the company has a proven expansion plan that works in all areas of the country. The challenge never ends working in this business. Which is one of the best parts. Self management is key since you need to make the most out of everyday. Champion Promotions is definitely an office were the owner is leading by example and does everything possible to promote out new owners. Being a part of this company and team has helped me grow in many ways. Money, time, and self management are key areas I have seen improvement in personally.
