Pros
They give you the day after your birthday off, PTO was terrible besides that. They also gave multiple bonuses per year, but then they took that away. People really relied on those bonuses it was sad to see them get slapped in the face like that and still work there.
Cons
Grown adults acting like children, ganging up on people they view as weak, weird, toxic environment, blatant bullying, no HR at all, no confidentiality, no job security, no diversity, sneaky management, hostile coworkers that won't even look at you, unprofessionalism all around - proofread an email for once.
