The staff is professional. The patrons are awesome. It was great to be a immeshed in my community in this way.

The pay could be higher.

Experience okay. Most of the staff is great.

Management/supervisory staff is elitist. Clickish. Weird dress code oversight (reinforcement of gender stereotypes). Lower tier staff is underpaid for job qualifications and expectations.
