Performed my externship from Le Cordon Bleu here. It's a great starting venue for an aspiring chef. Decent size kitchen. Volume is not a severely overwhelming. Lots of banquet experience April through September. Kemper Sports is a good company to work for with venues nation wide.

It's a golf course in the Pacific Northwest so work is seasonal. They only maintain a skeleton crew during the winter months.
