Pros
Salary appears great at first glance. Good benefits. Lots of support and care for students.
Cons
1. Students are private pay and have frequently been declined acceptance at other schools. Balancing student ability to learn and willingness to pay ALOT of money is a challenge for this organization. 2. Lots of involuntary turnover. I’ve never worked in any organization where so many people have been fired for any minor infraction or Laid off without warning. At all levels of the organization. There is a lack of trust among colleagues that is pervasive. 3. . School is constant - no breaks. 8 week sessions are back to back. Faculty work at a breakneck pace. So while the salary looks good when compared to a more traditional institution , it’s earned through constant work. 4. No joy. Generally unhappy employees.
