      Great work life balance 10/10 4-10s M T-TH F. Weekends off. Easy work.

      Cons

      No growth for drivers. Challenge has changed over the years, it can be better once there is structure and communication between the higher ups and the branches where employees don't know whats going on with company.

      4 days a week. 10 hour days. Good pay. Lots of freedom

      It is extremely physical and strenuous work

      Thank you for your review! Our drivers are a part of our front-line operations direct to some of our customers. While it is physical work, I'm glad to see you liked the work schedule, pay, and freedom allowed in the job.

      Pros

      Good location and nice office settings. Irv Holmes is no longer CEO & President (no longer with Challenge Dairy Products since 2022.

      Cons

      New senior management and HR are bad. Favoritism. Do not investigate, only listen to one side. Even employees with degrees are given Director title.
