      Chadwick is a local business and they offer good opportunities to employee's to gain experience/training and advancement with in the company.

      Cons

      i suppose every company has some, But in general i dont see any major cons.

      Maybe employee discount prices are high

      Manager comes in late and leaves around 2:15pm each ... 4 guys on the counter could easily help outside, No team players Joke 🤣
