The company has the worst work environment. The tension is so thick that you feel it when you walk in and throughout your day. It seems they would like to stress to you that its a family work environment but its not. You actually feel like a human that has no sense or talent for the position you applied for. There is a constant feeling you will be let go at any moment. You feel they have zero care or sympathy for you as an employer. Only a handful of employees are long haulers. This is NOT a place I would recommend to work at for ANY length of time. The turnover is ridiculously high and within a handful of days, if that, you will understand why. Like the previous person commented, it feels like they track your every move. So please dont be the person leaving there wondering how you lasted 8 hours, 8 days, 8 weeks or 8 months.
