They tend to initiate employment with salaries below the industry average and follow a rather opaque process when it comes to bonuses. Additionally, the organization lacks a structured annual pay raise mechanism, and employees often need to proactively seek it out. Unfortunately, this approach may sometimes give the impression of having to plead for fair compensation, making it more comfortable to refrain from requesting pay raises.
