      Pros

      Relaxed and Fun. Engaged HR department. Active community (tons of events). Free food Wednesday. Open and approachable CEO/Managers.

      Cons

      Not enough projects to move up in the company quickly. Contracts with other company's tend to drive employees to other jobs because of hard demands.

      Great people! We got perks like free food on Wednesdays, 25¢ soda, sponsored runs, employee appreciation week, health week, etc...

      Pros

      HR, Managers, Employees, everyone is nice and very helpful. Awesome CEO. No-one is constantly nagging you or looking over your shoulder, you are expected to complete your work, but you are given a reasonable amount of time.

      Cons

      Pay isn't very competetive. Raises are OK. Not much room to move. 90% of the time you wont be able to move to another project that sounds more interesting. Hopefully you get put on the project you resonate with in the first place.
