      -Good place to start your career whether in tech or non-tech positions -Good entry level roles -The work itself is enjoyable -Remote environment and relaxed working atmosphere

      Cons

      -Leadership is terrible and needs external coaching. The company has had a series of lay-offs in the last few years which speaks to the lack of vision, structure and direction -They need true leaders who encourage others to speak up even when it is uncomfortable and actually LISTEN and ACT UPON the advice being shared -High turnover
