The CEO’s engagement with the Sydney head office has been notably limited, despite frequent travel to the city for business purposes. On the rare occasions he has visited the head office, interaction has been minimal. Time is typically spent isolated in a private office, with little attempt to engage staff or build rapport. This lack of presence has contributed to a perception of disconnect between leadership and employees, further reinforced by the fact that he appears unfamiliar with team members, including not knowing staff names. Additionally, there has been a noticeable lack of continuity in executive support.
