Pros

The only positive takeaway from my time at CertifyOS was the learning experience — gained not because of the company’s structure, but in spite of it. You are forced to adapt quickly because the internal processes are chaotic and leadership is absent in critical moments.

Cons

Where do I begin? CertifyOS operates in an environment that is wildly unprofessional, alarmingly disorganized, and ethically questionable at best. My termination was sudden, completely unjustified, and executed with zero due process. No explanation, no feedback, no conversation — just an abrupt decision that disregarded all the effort I put into my role. Communication from leadership is non-existent when it matters. Logistics — even something as basic as returning a company asset — were pushed onto me without support or direction. The expectation was that I "figure it out," while they absolved themselves of any responsibility. This was not only irresponsible but also deeply disrespectful. More troubling is the broader pattern of behavior within the company. I am not the only one who has experienced this — another employee who was also terminated reportedly took his own life. While that tragedy cannot be blamed on a single factor, it reflects the devastating human consequences of the company’s callous and mishandled practices. Leadership must take accountability for the kind of environment they are cultivating.

The team is super collaborative, the CEO is not afraid to get into the weeds and is a true SME. The executive team is top notch and always there to collaborate and support. Everyone is direct but kind.

Cons

Growing too fast which creates strain on existing team.
