Bogus company. No proper marketing team. they fire people randomly. No team management. no career planning. CEO only favours his engineer.

Absolutely no redeeming qualities. No Pros.

Cons

Toxic and exploitative work culture with zero respect for personal time. Working 16–18 hours is treated as the bare minimum. No defined roles — employees are randomly pushed between sales, customer success, and other tasks with no direction or accountability. Constant late-night calls; saying “no” even once can cost you your job. No onboarding, no training, no support — yet unrealistic expectations to perform like a top seller from day one. Mass firings and extremely high attrition, creating a culture of fear and instability. Completely unstructured organization with poor leadership and decision-making. Misleading online reviews — candidates should not trust the overly positive ratings as they do not reflect reality.
